Record. Summarise faithfully. Remember.

That's all MyScribe does. It doesn't interpret what was said, and it doesn't give advice. It keeps the words, so you don't have to.

1. Ask

Open the app and it asks the question for you: “Do you mind if I record this? Just to help me remember.” Recording is open and agreed, never secret.

2. Record

Tap once. MyScribe listens while you listen. No forms, no settings, no training needed.

3. Remember

You get a Faithful Summary in plain words, saved in My Conversations. Every line links back to what was actually said. Read it again later, or have MyScribe read it aloud to you in a clear, natural voice. Share it with a partner, a carer or family.

4. Ask

Not sure what you heard? Ask. “Was it one tablet or two?” MyScribe finds the moment in your conversation and shows you the words. Anything that wasn't heard clearly is flagged, so you know what to check.

Your privacy, in plain words

It's yours

It was your conversation. The words and the summary belong to you.

Audio deleted

Once your conversation has been written down, the audio is deleted.

You choose who sees it

Nothing is shared unless you share it.

Full details before launch

We'll set out exactly where your conversations are processed, and how they're protected, before MyScribe launches.

Questions

Do I need to ask before recording?

Yes. That's why MyScribe opens on the question. Asking openly keeps trust in the room.

Can I listen instead of reading?

Yes. MyScribe can read your summary aloud, which helps if reading is hard, your eyesight isn't what it was, or you simply prefer to listen. You hear what was said, in a clear voice. There's no recording to replay, because the audio is deleted once it's written down.

What if it didn't catch something?

MyScribe flags any words it couldn't hear clearly, rather than guessing. If it matters, check with the person you spoke to.

Is it only for GP appointments?

We're starting in health, because it's where remembering matters most. It works for any conversation that matters.

How much will it cost?

Free to download, then you only pay for what you use. We'll share pricing at launch.
